Shipping Policy (Midan’s BBQ)
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, limited drops), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Method (Mail-Order Items)

We ship eligible items using 2-Day shipping for cooked food and 3-4 Day shipping for spices and merchandise.

Our ribs are fully cooked and shipped cold (refrigerated) with insulated packaging and cold packs to help maintain safe temperature during transit.
Shipping Days

To reduce the risk of weekend delays, we typically ship Monday–Wednesday.

Orders placed later in the week may ship the following week to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend.
Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Weather, carrier delays, and events outside our control may affect delivery time.
Important: Bring Your Package Inside Immediately
Because refrigerated products are perishable:

Track your package and bring it inside immediately when delivered.

Refrigerate upon arrival.
Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Spices and merchandise orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary during holidays, servere weather, or high-volume periods.

We do not ship to PO boxes or certain restricted locations for refrigerated products.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is transferred to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate your package, please contact the carrier first and then email us so we can assist.

Carrier delays can happen. If a delay results in your refrigerated product arriving unsafe, contact us right away (see “Refrigerated Delivery Issues” below).
Refrigerated Delivery Issues (Damage / Warm on Arrival)
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, with a broken vacuum seal, or not safely cold due to transit delay:

Contact us within 4 hours of delivery

Email info@midansbbq.com with your order number and photos of:

the outside of the box
-
the inside packaging/insulation
-
the cold packs
-
the product showing the issue
-
We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund (based on availability and circumstances).
Local Pickup (If Offered)
If local pickup is available, it will appear at checkout where applicable. Pickup instructions and timing will be provided after your order is placed.
